Fabulous Catering sure does know how to put on a good spread!
When Fabulous Catering was asked to design a Never Ending Antipasto Board for an upcoming Wedding at Como House and Garden as part of the National Trust, head chef Micheal O’Hanlon took to it with creative genius!
The 6 meter long antipasto board, featured seafood of prawns, mussels, scallops, salmon, smoked trout and even caviar! Further down the line is our small good selection of kabana, sopressa salami, porchetta, and prosciutto! A refreshing stop over at the fruit section, with cut melon, grapes, and mixed berries, is then followed by the cheese area, of blue cheese, Camembert – both local and imported, vintage cheddar and feta! Following on from this feast is the antipasto of sundried tomato, kalamata olives, wild olives, and stuffed olives, followed by char grilled roasted eggplant, artichoke, and zucchini!
There is sure to be something for everyone on this mammoth board!
The Never Ending Antipasto Board now forms part of our regular packages that anyone can add onto any function. Of course works fantastically for Wedding catering, corporate catering functions of even birthdays, where everyone can enjoy an ongoing feast!
